These guidelines explain what content and behavior are allowed on Upick. They help us keep the platform safe, trustworthy, and compliant with advertising and marketplace policies.

Allowed Content

Accurate product listings with real descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Original photos or properly licensed media.
Constructive and respectful communication between buyers and sellers.

Prohibited Content

Illegal, unsafe, or misleading products and services.
Hate speech, harassment, explicit violence, or abusive behavior.
Spam, deceptive claims, fake reviews, or manipulation of ratings and sales.
Infringing copyrighted materials or unauthorized branded content.

Enforcement

We may remove violating content, limit account features, suspend stores, or permanently disable accounts for repeated or severe violations.

Reporting

If you see policy violations, report them through support channels so our team can review and take action.
